EU-hosted primary infrastructure
Our primary website and application infrastructure is hosted by DigitalOcean in its FRA1 region in Frankfurt, Germany. Application data and server-side processing are therefore located on origin infrastructure in the European Economic Area.
50lution is a company established in Viet Nam. Authorised personnel may access the infrastructure from Viet Nam when required for operations, support or security. We describe this distinction explicitly rather than claiming that data can never be accessed outside the EU.
Transport and infrastructure security
Public services are delivered over HTTPS. Cloudflare supports network delivery, abuse prevention and the Turnstile verification used by the contact form. DigitalOcean provides the Frankfurt origin infrastructure under its service terms and Data Processing Agreement.
Hosting in a specific region does not by itself guarantee security. We also use scoped access, credential protection, input validation, request limits and operational logging appropriate to the service.
50lution Commerce Assistant safeguards
Store connections use installation-bound credentials and least-privilege Shopware permissions. Stored integration credentials are encrypted at rest. Access tokens are scoped to the connected installation, and sensitive authentication headers are redacted from structured logs.
Sensitive store changes use previews, identity checks and explicit confirmation where the operation requires it. Available tools are also limited by the version and capabilities reported by the connected Shopware plugin.
Data use and third parties
We do not sell store or contact data and do not use it for behavioural advertising. Commerce Assistant accesses Shopware data to perform the action requested by the authorised user. Some short-lived workflow records, connection metadata and security audit events may be retained where needed to provide and protect the service.
Our current website providers include DigitalOcean for origin hosting, Cloudflare for network security and Turnstile, and Resend for contact-form email delivery. Each provider processes only the data relevant to its role, subject to its applicable contractual and legal terms.

If you believe you have found a security or privacy issue affecting a 50lution service, email [email protected] with a clear description and enough information for us to investigate. Please do not access, alter or retain data that does not belong to you.
We will acknowledge actionable reports and prioritise remediation according to their potential impact. This contact channel is not a public bug-bounty programme and does not promise a reward.
Scope and updates
This page is a public operational overview, not a certification or guarantee that incidents are impossible. Contract-specific data processing terms, retention commitments and support arrangements may be provided separately for Commerce Assistant customers.
We update this page when material hosting, provider or security practices change.
